We only collect data that is necessary to operate the platform and to communicate with you:

• Email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter or submit the contact form.
• Name and message content — when you submit the contact or designer application form.
• Analytics data — anonymised page views, referrers, device type and approximate location via Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies).
• Technical logs — IP address and user agent retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.

We use your data to deliver the newsletter you signed up for, reply to your enquiries, review designer applications, and understand aggregate usage of the site so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

We rely on your consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), the performance of a contract (designer applications, event participation), and our legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, securing the platform).

We share the minimum amount of data necessary with the following processors, each of which is GDPR-compliant:

• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage (EU region).
• Resend — transactional and newsletter email delivery.
• Google Analytics — anonymised traffic measurement (only with your consent).

We use a single first-party cookie to remember your consent choice. Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept on the consent banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Newsletter subscribers are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact and application messages are retained for up to 24 months. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in aggregated form.

Under GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.
