Q: Are your items made-to-order or in stock? A: Many of our pieces are made-to-order or one-of-a-kind. Product pages indicate whether an item is custom-made, in stock, or available for pre-order. Please check the listing for each piece.
Q: How do I choose the right size? A: Each designer provides specific sizing guides. Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for help before placing your order.
Q: How long does shipping take? A: Shipping times vary depending on the designer’s studio location and whether the item is made-to-order. Estimated shipping times are listed on each product page. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Q: How much is shipping? A: Shipping costs depend on the designer’s location and the item’s size/weight. These details are available under the Shipping tab on each product page. If you order from multiple designers, shipping costs may be calculated separately.
Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Yes, most of our designers ship worldwide. Please check the product page to confirm international availability.
Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Q: Are taxes included in the price? A: Taxes and import duties are not always included. Depending on your location, customs fees or VAT may apply upon delivery. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Q: Can I return an item? A: Some items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. However, custom, made-to-order, art, accessories, lingerie, and certain designer items are non-returnable. Always check the product description for return eligibility.

Q: My package hasn’t arrived. What should I do? A: First, check your tracking info. If the package is delayed or lost, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.
Q: What happens if I miss the delivery? A: If the courier cannot deliver, your package may be returned. In that case, you’ll be responsible for the re-shipping cost. Please track your order and ensure someone is available to receive it.
