Shipping Policy
At SOLACE, every order is fulfilled directly by the independent designer or artist behind the product. This means your item is packaged and shipped straight from their studio using their preferred courier.

Once your order is delivered to the address you’ve provided, ownership and responsibility for the item transfers to you. SOLACE and our creators are not liable for any damage, loss, or theft after delivery is complete.

Because our creators operate independently, shipping fees and timelines vary. You can find all relevant details—such as dispatch time, shipping cost, and whether a piece is made-to-order—on each product’s page under the “Shipping Info” tab.

If your order includes products from multiple designers, your packages may arrive separately and with differing fees.

After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please note: SOLACE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information, uncollected packages, or missed delivery attempts. If a package is returned due to non-collection, you may be responsible for reshipping fees.

We aim to keep shipping costs transparent and fair. However, in some cases—such as remote delivery addresses or custom shipping needs—additional charges may apply. If so, we’ll contact you directly with a quote and the option to cancel before the order ships.

Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. We encourage you to follow your shipment closely—especially for international orders—as customs duties and taxes may be due upon arrival. If these are unpaid, the package may be returned or held, and the designer may still be charged.

Product prices and shipping fees listed on our site do not include local import duties, customs charges, or VAT. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer. To check where a product ships from, please refer to the product page.
Unpaid taxes or failure to collect an item may result in a return. In such cases, any customs or return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.
If you'd like to estimate import duties in advance, tools like SimplyDuty can be helpful. Please note, these are only estimates and may not include all administrative or courier surcharges.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade and independent nature of our platform, some items are non-returnable, including:

Made-to-order and pre-order items

Artwork and one-off pieces

Jewelry, accessories, lingerie, nail art, swimwear, wigs, and bags

Any product marked "Final Sale" or otherwise specified as non-returnable on the product page

If your item is eligible for return, you may request one within 14 days of delivery. Please email us with the subject line:
"Return – [Your Order Number]", and include your reason for return. We’ll share the return process and address.
Returns must be in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. Refunds will be issued within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Exchanges are only available for select items and depend on designer approval. If you're interested in exchanging a piece, please email info@rejuvcolelctive.com with the item and reason. Customers cover all exchange-related shipping fees unless otherwise agreed with the designer.

Certain larger artworks or sculptural objects may require custom shipping solutions. In these cases, we’ll contact you after your purchase with a quote. No shipment will proceed without your written approval.
