    How to return your order?

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery from the day of FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT.

    Please send a return email at info@neridaworld.com, with your order number and whether you want a refund or an exchange and make sure that your receipt is placed in your parcel. Please send your returns by post. Please note that returning your order is at your own cost. In order for your return to be accepted, You need to provide the courier tracking number for the returning item by the end of the 14th day AT THE LATEST.

    We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. For international returns please mark clearly “No commercial value” as description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier.
